This two-level villa sleeps up to 8 across 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and two living areas.

• Bedroom 1: 2 twin beds (A/C, private bathroom)
• Bedroom 2 (master): 1 Queen bed (A/C, private bathroom)
• Main living room: 2 sofa beds + 1 full bathroom
• Second living area: 1 sofa bed

Please note: only the bedrooms have air conditioning; the living areas, dining area and kitchen are not air-conditioned (ceiling fans provided).

Guest access

We use self check-in. Before arrival we send you an access code so you can enter at your convenience within the established hours, with no waiting; we do not keep permanent staff on site but are always available by message for anything you need.

Neighborhood

Isla Mujeres, a jewel of the Mexican Caribbean, is famous for crystal-clear water, white-sand beaches and a relaxed vibe. Just 7 km long, the island offers a more intimate, peaceful experience than larger destinations, with rich marine life, the MUSA underwater museum and seasonal whale-shark tours. The colorful town center invites you to explore local culture and cuisine.

The villa sits in a quiet area on the south, open-sea side of the island, just 90 m from the beach. Although it faces the open sea, the water here is usually very calm.

Please note the area is still developing, so you may occasionally hear construction noise from neighboring properties.

Getting around

The island is small and easy to explore. Most guests rent a golf cart, the most popular and fun way to get around and reach beaches and restaurants at your own pace; a golf cart is recommended for comfortable mobility. Bicycles, motorbikes and taxis are also available, and local shared vans (colectivos) offer an economical option. Many restaurants and beaches are within walking distance.

Arriving by air: Cancun International Airport (CUN) is the closest. From there take a taxi or shuttle to the Ultramar ferry terminal in Puerto Juarez and enjoy the short, scenic ferry ride to Isla Mujeres. The villa is a convenient ride from the ferry.

Other things to note

Before arrival, we request a photo of an official ID for each guest who will be staying, plus a signed copy of the community regulations. This is required to authorize access and helps us keep good relations with neighbors and comply with the building's rules.

One home in the condominium is currently being remodeled, so some construction noise may be heard within the community.

Being close to nature, you may encounter birds, raccoons, local dogs and small wildlife (geckos, spiders). Please respect them; we care for the environment and avoid leaving food outdoors to keep them away.

Your reservation includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, soap and essentials). Additional cleaning or restocking during your stay is available for an extra cost.

For the A/C to work properly, please keep doors and windows closed while it is running and do not set the temperature below 21 C.
