Climate control: both bedrooms have air conditioning for restful sleep. The open-concept living and dining areas have ceiling fans but no A/C, so you can enjoy the natural island breeze.

We will send you the access code before arrival so you can enter at your convenience within the agreed check-in hours. We do not have permanent on-site staff, but we are always reachable by message for anything you need.

Neighborhood

Isla Mujeres is a jewel of the Mexican Caribbean, famous for its crystal-clear turquoise water, white-sand beaches and relaxed island vibe.

Just 7 km long, the island offers an intimate, peaceful experience compared with the mainland. It is known for Playa Norte (one of the best beaches in Mexico), the MUSA Underwater Museum of Art, snorkeling, and seasonal whale-shark swims.

The villa is 90 m (about a 2-minute walk) from the beach. The colorful town center, with its local shops, restaurants and Mexican cuisine, is a short golf-cart ride away.

Getting around

Getting around Isla Mujeres:

• Golf cart: the most popular and fun way to explore the island; rentals are easy to arrange and ideal for small groups.
• Bicycle: an eco-friendly option for getting around the small island.
• Scooter/motorcycle: more speed and mobility; always wear a helmet and follow local rules.
• Taxi: readily available across the island.

To reach the island, take the UltraMar passenger ferry from Cancun (Puerto Juarez), about a 20-minute crossing. We can help arrange transportation, car or golf-cart rentals, tours and activities.

Other things to note

Before arrival we will request a photo ID of each guest who will be staying, plus a signature of the condominium rules. The official ID of each guest is required to authorize access to the complex. This helps us keep good relations with the neighbors and comply with the building's rules.

Please note: one of the houses in the complex is currently being remodeled, so some construction noise may be heard inside the complex during the day.

Being a tropical island, you may encounter birds, raccoons, local dogs and small wildlife (geckos, spiders). We ask you to respect them; we take great care of the local ecosystem.

The open-concept living and dining areas have ceiling fans but no air conditioning (only the two bedrooms are air-conditioned).
