Guest access
Guests have complete access to the entire house and the private rooftop terrace. You can also use the shared pool area, the BBQ area in the common areas (charcoal not included) and the outdoor furniture in the common spaces.

Getting around
Getting around is easy - the home offers covered parking for two cars for a hassle-free arrival. The famous Quinta Avenida is a short taxi or drive away, a central hub for exploring Playa del Carmen's restaurants, shops and nightlife. Cancun International Airport is about a 50-minute drive.
Other things to note
Before arrival, we will request a photo of the official ID of each guest staying in the home, plus signature of the condominium regulations. This helps us keep a harmonious relationship with neighbors and comply with the building's rules. Your reservation includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, soap and essentials). Additional cleaning or restocking during your stay is available for an extra cost. For the air conditioning to work properly, please keep doors and windows closed while it is on.

Muy agradable estancia, para las actividades que realizamos y nuestra logística resultó ser una ubicación muy conveniente ya que fácilmente pudimos salir a carretera hacia Tulum, zona de cenotes y nuestra salida al aeropuerto de Cancún, hacia la zona de la 5a avenida y zona de playas en auto está a pocos minutos así que también fue muy conveniente, las camas muy cómodas para el descanso y muy bien equipada, excelente comunicación e instrucciones

The place was just as described! Very spacious for our big family (6 adults, 3 children and a baby). The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. It does have a lot of stairs since its 3 floors but we didn’t mind. It was stocked with towels and toilet paper. Very responsive with communication. Everything was close by if traveling by car which was very convenient since we went to a lot of places (Soriana ,Xcaret, Xel-Ha, 5ta avenida etc.). We had a bbq for my husbands birthday and the patio was great. It had a grill and covered area with table and chairs right next to the pool. They did mention the dryer didn’t work which was a bit inconvenient since we were washing all of our clothes and towels from being at beaches and water parks but other than that the place was great. We would definitely stay again!
