Getting around
Getting around is easy. The home offers covered parking for two cars for a hassle-free arrival.
Fifth Avenue is a short taxi ride away and serves as a central hub for exploring Playa del Carmen, with connections to bus routes, collectivos (shared vans) and the ADO bus terminal for travel to Cancun and beyond.
Cancun International Airport (CUN) is approximately a 45-minute drive. We are happy to help arrange private transportation or airport transfers through our trusted partners; just ask.
Other things to note
Before arrival, we request an official photo ID of every guest who will be staying, as well as the signature of the condominium regulations. This official identification is required to authorize access to the property and to comply with the building's rules.
You may encounter birds, raccoons, local dogs and small animals (geckos, spiders, scorpions) during your stay. We care deeply about the environment and ask you to respect them; to help avoid them, please do not leave food outside.
Your reservation includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap and other essentials. Additional cleaning or replenishment during your stay is available for an extra cost.
For the air conditioning to work properly, please keep doors and windows closed while it is on and do not set the temperature below 21 degrees C, as this can affect its performance.

un lugar demaciado caliente , el aire acondicionado falla muchismo , los baños parecían hornos , cuando llegamos habían cucarachas y mosquitos , el WiFi casi no funciona , olia muy mal al llegar ya que no estana el aire prendido , la casa es linda pero necesita mucho mantenimiento , definitivamente no volvería a quedarme alli mis hijas sufrieron mucho por el aire .

Our stay here was amazing, only 15 min drive to playa de Carmen and the main strip. Area is peaceful and well maintained. Would definitely come back when we are in town again!
