Self check-in with our assistance. Please send all guests' information and notify us about one hour before arrival so we can prepare your check-in.
Check-in window: 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Please share your estimated arrival time. Arrivals after your confirmed time incur a 28 USD per hour fee; arrivals after the 9:00 PM window incur a 45 USD per hour fee.
We can also help arrange airport transportation, car rentals, tours, and restaurant reservations - just ask.

Government-issued photo ID is required from every guest before arrival to authorize access; we also ask you to sign the condominium regulations. This helps us keep good relations with neighbors and comply with building rules.
This is a condominium with shared common areas, so you may hear some noise from neighbors, cars, or pets.
You may encounter local wildlife during your stay (birds, raccoons, dogs, geckos, spiders, scorpions). Please respect them and do not leave food outside.
Your reservation includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, soap, essentials). Extra cleaning or restocking is available at additional cost.
For the AC to work properly, please keep doors and windows closed while it runs and do not set the temperature below 21 C.

Siempre estuvieron muy pendientes de responder mis mensajes sin importar la hora y muy pacientes al dar instrucciones. Nos recomendaron un servicio de transporte y super bien, seguro, puntual y con buena comunicación con los chóferes. Estuvimos trabajando usando nuestras laptops y nunca nos falló el Internet. La cocinita bien equipada para cocinar lo básico. Usas código en lugar de llave lo cual nos pareció MUY cómodo. Había mucha seguridad en el hotel y el personal fue muy amable. SUPER cerca de la zona de bares de Cancun, lo cual nos daba acceso a pie a lugares para comer e inclusive para comprar el super. Muy tranquilo para caminar y para estar en playa. Estuvimos hasta las 5am en la playa porque nos tocó ver tortugas y siempre nos sentimos muy seguras. Super vista del balcón. El aire acondicionado excelente y la TV tiene Netflix, Disney Channel, etc. El edificio muy tranquilo. Sin duda nos quedaríamos de nuevo y lo recomendamos ampliamente.

Had a great stay here. The location is right on hotel zone, which is perfect! Walking distance from restaurants, clubs, the beach and bus stop. Very spacious and organized. Had an issue with the smart lock not working, but it was taken care of quickly. The view is stunning! Would def stay here again!

Family loved the place , beautiful view just like in pictures . Very atentive of us since we booked , had trouble with the door at first but host helped us rightaway , and love the communication , made us feel comfortable and welcomed. Wife & I are planning to come back on November , will definetly book again or reccomend family & friends . perfect area for restaurants & bars & closer beaches . Loved it alot . Great location , near restaurants and activities, beautiful pool. The actual room needs maintenance, everything looks old and definitely does not look as beautiful as the pictures on their page. It’s cheap to stay there but expect a cheap experience!
