Self check-in: we provide a personal access code so you can enter at your convenience within the established check-in window, with no waiting. We do not keep permanent staff on site, but we are always reachable by message for anything you need.
Neighborhood
The building is on Avenida Tulum, one of Cancun's main streets, making it easy to take taxis to any part of the city.
Within a 10-minute walk you will find a supermarket, the ADO bus station (with routes to Playa del Carmen, Tulum, and more), Galenia Hospital (Fertility Center Cancun), and Plaza Las Americas, where you can take public buses to the beach and Hotel Zone.

- Parking: Free underground parking, plus free external parking.
- Public transit: A bus stop is a 7-minute walk away. At Plaza Las Americas, take the bus marked 'CRUISE' to the Municipal Palace, then Route 1 or 2 to the Hotel Zone. The ADO station near the Ibis hotel serves Playa del Carmen, Chichen Itza, Tulum, and Xcaret.
- Airport: Cancun International Airport (CUN) is about 15-20 minutes by car/taxi.
- 5-min walk to Superama (supermarket); 4-min walk to Galenia Hospital.

Good to know before you book:
- This apartment is also the owner's home, so some personal belongings are kept in a locked closet. Please use only the available spaces; everything you need for your stay is provided.
- Being on a main avenue has great advantages, but there can be noise from traffic and from nearby construction in the adjoining building. Our prices and cancellation policy reflect this.
- Condominium rules: keep noise at a reasonable level inside the apartment and on the balcony; do not shout in hallways or common areas; do not damage common-area furniture; only the number of guests on the reservation may stay; no smoking; no illegal substances. Charges may apply for lost or broken items or damaged towels and linens.
- Before arrival we will request a photo of the official ID of each guest staying, plus signature of the condominium regulations.
- You may encounter local wildlife (birds, raccoons, dogs, geckos, spiders, scorpions). Please respect them and avoid leaving food outside.
- Your stay includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities. Extra cleaning or replenishment is available for an additional cost.
- For the A/C to work properly, keep doors and windows closed while it is on and do not set it below 21C.

Stay was wonderful and the host was very attentive and responsive. 👍 The area was close to restaurants and shopping, very clean, good space. Lots of amenities. Kitchen nicely stocked with utensils and cookware. Nice view. Comfortable bed, 2 bathrooms a plus!! Nice pool and gym. 👎 No laundry facilities.
