Guest access

Self check-in. Once your registration is complete we send you a personal access code so you can arrive on your own schedule (within check-in hours), with no waiting, since we do not keep permanent staff on site. We remain available by message for anything you need during your stay.

You are steps from traditional markets like the famous Mercado 28 (handicrafts, souvenirs, and local products), surrounded by countless restaurants and cafes serving regional and international food, plus clothing stores, jewelers, banks, and pharmacies. The Hotel Zone beaches are a quick taxi ride away.

Other things to note

Before arrival, please complete the online registration and send a photo ID for every guest - we require an ID for each guest to authorize access to the property and to send your check-in details/codes. Signing the condominium regulations is also required, which helps us comply with the building's rules.

The condominium has visible security cameras located only in common areas (never in private spaces) to reinforce everyone's safety.

Your stay includes one cleaning before arrival and one after departure, plus basic welcome amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, soap, essentials). Additional cleaning or restocking during your stay can be arranged for an extra cost.
