Guest access

We handle Self-Check-In. This means that we give you an access code so that you can enter the accommodation at the time you want (within the established hours), in order to facilitate your check-in and to avoid waiting, since we do not have permanent staff working in accommodation. However, we will be aware of anything you need during your stay.

Neighborhood

Downtown Cancun is a vibrant and lively area that offers a unique mix of local culture, shops, restaurants, and nightlife. It is the heart of the city and is the place where locals and tourists mingle to enjoy all that Cancun has to offer.

In the center of Cancun, you will find numerous traditional markets such as the famous Mercado 28, where you can find handicrafts, souvenirs and local products. There are also endless restaurants and cafes offering a wide variety of regional and international cuisine, as well as clothing stores, jewelers and other shops.

One of the main attractions in downtown Cancun is Parque de las Palapas, a public park where cultural events and outdoor concerts take place. In addition, in the area there is also the ADO, a bus station where you can take transport to other parts of the city and the state of Quintana Roo.

Getting around

You can explore the area on foot, but if you are interested in transportation or car rental, your Concierge can help you book those services. We do not have a parking space on the property, there are free parking spaces on the street subject to availability.

Other things to note

This studio is located on the first floor and requires climbing stairs (no elevator).

The condominium has visible security cameras located only in common areas to reinforce building security; none invade guest privacy.

To authorize access and issue your entry code, before arrival we will request a photo of an official government ID for EACH guest staying at the property, along with a signed copy of the condominium regulations. This helps us keep a harmonious coexistence with the neighbors and comply with the building rules.

You may encounter local wildlife during your stay (birds, raccoons, dogs, geckos, spiders, scorpions). Please respect them; we care for the environment and we are guests in their habitat. To help avoid this, do not leave food out in the open.

Your reservation includes one cleaning before arrival and one after departure, plus basic welcome amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other essentials). Additional cleaning or restocking during your stay is available for an extra cost.

For the A/C to work properly, please keep doors and windows closed while it is on and do not set the temperature below 21C, as this can affect its operation.
