Guest access
We handle Self-Check-In. This means that we give you an access code so that you can enter the accommodation at the time you want (within the established schedules), in order to facilitate your check-in and to avoid waiting, since we do not have permanent staff working in the accommodation. However, we will be available for anything you may need during your stay.

Prior to your arrival, we will request a photo of the official ID for each guest staying at the property, as well as a signed copy of the condominium regulations and your estimated arrival time—all required at least 48 hours before your in-person check-in. This helps us ensure a harmonious environment with neighbors and comply with building management policies.
The condominium undergoes regular, professional pest control as a preventive measure. However, due to the city’s humid climate and lush surrounding vegetation, small insects like ants may occasionally appear. To help prevent this, we kindly recommend not leaving open food out on the counters or outside the refrigerator.
Your reservation includes a deep cleaning before your arrival and another upon your departure. For your convenience, we provide a starter set of welcome amenities, including toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other essentials. If you require additional cleaning services or an amenity refill during your stay, we are happy to arrange it for an extra fee.
To ensure the air conditioning functions perfectly throughout your stay, please keep all doors and windows closed while it is running. Additionally, we kindly ask that you do not set the temperature below 21°C (70°F), as lower settings can cause the unit to freeze or malfunction.

- To protect linens and towels, please do not use them to remove makeup, sunscreen, or tanning lotion, or to clean floors.
- The local plumbing is delicate: please place toilet paper and other waste in the trash bin provided to avoid blockages.
- Please dispose of trash only in the designated areas. If in doubt, just ask us.
- Pool and shared amenities: please follow building hours and posted rules, and supervise children at all times.
- Please respect check-in and check-out times so we can properly prepare the property for each guest.
- To preserve the appearance of the building and comply with its regulations, balconies and windows must be kept clear of towels, clothing, or objects visible from outside.

Un lugar fantástico en todos los aspectos. Desde que llegamos, todo estaba limpio y el departamento es mucho más amplio de lo que esperábamos. Además, la chica de recepción fue muy amable desde el primer momento. Andi también estuvo siempre pendiente de nuestros mensajes y respondió rápidamente cada vez que lo necesitamos. La ubicación es genial, es un lugar muy seguro y realmente céntrico. En aproximadamente 3 minutos caminando llegas a restaurantes y a un supermercado, de hecho, ¡íbamos casi todos los días! Jajaja, por lo cerca. La alberca tiene una vista muy bonita y fue uno de nuestros lugares favoritos para relajarnos. Mis familiares y yo quedamos encantados con nuestra estancia y esperamos regresar en un futuro. Fue una experiencia muy agradable. Como detalle adicional, algo que no se aprecia en las fotos es que una de las habitaciones cuenta con un clóset bastante amplio y muy bonito, lo cual nos resultó muy útil. Sin duda, te recomiendo este alojamiento.
