Neighborhood
The area is safe, with 24-hour condominium security; the guards are happy to help with any questions. Plaza Outlet shopping center is within walking distance, and a Walmart supermarket is about a 10-minute walk away. Buses pass nearby to reach the beaches and many of the city's attractions, while downtown Cancun's markets, restaurants and shops are a short ride away.
Getting around
The apartment is about 25 minutes from Cancun airport. If you need transportation we can arrange a reservation or recommend a trusted private driver.
Renting a car is convenient but not essential: you can take the R1 or R2 bus directly to the hotel zone and the beach.
Other things to note
This is a quiet, family-friendly condominium. Parties are strictly prohibited and no noise or music is allowed after 9 pm.
Before arrival we require a clear photo of an official ID for every guest staying, plus a signed copy of the condominium regulations, to enable your access code and keep good relations with neighbors. Only registered guests may stay.

- This space is meant for rest and tranquility: no parties, events or gatherings. Music and speakers may be used only inside the apartment with windows and doors closed; quiet hours after 9 pm.
- The interior is free of smoke and illegal substances.
- Maximum occupancy is 5 guests; only registered guests may stay.
- Help us care for the environment by turning off lights and A/C when not in use, and keep doors and windows closed while the A/C is running.
- Please do not use linens or towels to remove makeup, sunscreen or tanning lotion, or to clean floors.
- The plumbing is delicate; please place toilet paper and other waste in the bin provided to avoid blockages.
- Dispose of trash only in the designated areas.
- The pool and gym are shared common areas; please follow posted hours and rules and supervise children at all times.
- Respect check-in and check-out times so we can prepare the apartment for each guest.

- To enable access we require registration and a valid official ID for every guest.
- Only in emergencies (leaks, flooding or urgent situations) may the team need to access the property, with prior notice.
