Space
If you need help arranging transportation, renting a car, booking tours, activities or making restaurant reservations, we will assign an activities agent to help you.
Your reservation includes a cleaning before your arrival and at your departure. We also leave you one bath towel and one pool towel per person. However, if you want any additional cleaning, we can coordinate it at an extra cost. (Subject to staff availability, please schedule in advance)
Guest access
We use a self check-in system so that you can arrive and enter the apartment at the established arrival times. In the same way, we are always aware of anything you need and we appreciate your communication at all times to know that everything is fine during your reservation.
Neighborhood
The area is very safe, the condominium has security 24 hours a day. The guards can help you with anything or any question you may have.
Plazas Outlet (Shopping Center) is walking distance from the condominium. The Walmart supermarket is also approximately 10 minutes away on foot.
Getting around
It is approximately 20 minutes from the airport, if you need transportation we can make the reservation for you. It is recommended to rent a car but it is not necessary, you can also take the R1 or R2 bus to get around the hotel zone and you can go to the beach on foot.
Other things to note
It is a family and quiet condominium. Parties are strictly prohibited and no noise or music is allowed after 9 pm.
Before arrival we will request a photo of the official ID of every guest who will be staying, in order to authorize access to the property and comply with the condominium's rules.

- Help us protect the environment by turning off lights and air conditioning when not in use.
- To preserve the quality of linens and towels, please do not use them to remove makeup, sunscreen or tanning lotion, or to clean the floor.
- The area's plumbing system is delicate; to avoid blockages and protect the environment, toilet paper and other waste must be placed in the trash bin provided.
- To keep areas clean and tidy, please dispose of trash only in the designated spaces. If you have any questions, we are here to help.
- Please respect check-in and check-out times so the property can be properly prepared for each guest.
- To preserve the appearance of the building and comply with its internal rules, balconies and windows must be kept free of towels, clothing or objects visible from the outside.
IMPORTANT
