Inside, the condo is designed with both comfort and style in mind. Enjoy central air conditioning, high-speed WiFi, and a fully equipped kitchen featuring modern appliances including a fridge, stove, microwave, and coffee maker—everything you need for meals at home or quick beach-day snacks. The open-concept living room is a cozy haven, complete with a Smart TV and Netflix access, perfect for laid-back evenings after a day in the sun.

Guest access

We handle Self-Check-In. This means that we give you an access code so that you can enter the accommodation at the time you want (within the established schedules), in order to facilitate your check-in and to avoid waiting, since we do not have permanent staff working in the accommodation. However, we will be available for anything you may need during your stay.

Neighborhood

Just a short walk or bike ride away, discover the charm of Playa del Carmen's iconic 5th Avenue (La Quinta Avenida), filled with vibrant restaurants, boutique shops, and local markets. Or, for adventures beyond the shoreline, the nearby ferry dock connects you to Cozumel and other thrilling Riviera Maya excursions, including eco-parks, cenotes, and Mayan ruins.

Getting around

The location of our condo in Playa del Carmen allows you to explore the area with total ease.

Cancun International Airport (CUN) is located approximately 55 minutes away by car. To get around, you can use taxis, private shuttle services, or rent a car. The condo offers free private parking on-site.

Additionally, the ADO bus station is within walking distance, connecting you seamlessly to other top destinations throughout the Riviera Maya.

Fifth Avenue, with all its vibrant shops and restaurants, is just a short stroll or bike ride away. For day trips to Cozumel, the ferry pier is also conveniently close by.

Other things to note

Before your arrival, we will request a photo of the identification of each of the guests who will be staying, as well as the signature of the condominium regulations. This helps us maintain a harmonious coexistence with the neighbors and comply with the building's rules.

It is likely that you will encounter birds, raccoons, local dogs, and other small animals during your stay (geckos, spiders, scorpions). We ask you to respect them; we take great care of the environment and we are the ones who are invading their habitat. To help avoid this, we recommend not leaving open food outside.

Your reservation includes a cleaning before your arrival and another after your departure. Additionally, we provide basic welcome amenities, such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other essentials. If you desire additional cleaning or replenishment of amenities during your stay, we can gladly assist you for an extra cost.

For the proper functioning of the air conditioning, we ask you to keep doors and windows closed while it is on and not to adjust the temperature below 21°C, as this could affect its operation during your stay.
