Guest access

You will have access to the entire studio and to all shared building amenities, including the rooftop pool, ground-floor pool, gym, games room, and elevator. Self check-in with an access code makes arrival easy at any hour, and full directions are sent before your stay.

Neighborhood

Located in Centro, the vibrant heart of Playa del Carmen, you are just a short walk from the pedestrian-only 5th Avenue (Quinta Avenida) with its restaurants, bars, and shops, and only minutes from the beach. The Cozumel ferry terminal is within walking distance for easy day trips, and cenotes and Tulum are an easy drive away.

Getting around

A walkable, central location, a car is not needed to enjoy the area.

For the safety of all guests and owners, a valid government-issued photo ID is required from every guest to authorize access. Please be ready to share a clear photo of each guest's official ID before check-in.
