We handle Self-Check-In. This means that we give you an access code so that you can enter the accommodation at the time you want (within the established schedules), in order to facilitate your check-in and to avoid waiting, since we do not have permanent staff working in the accommodation. However, we will be available for anything you may need during your stay.

To reach the property, you can easily take a taxi from Cancun International Airport (CUN), which is approximately a 50-minute drive away. Private shuttle services and airport transfers are also great options.
The studio offers free street parking, providing seamless convenience if you decide to rent a car during your stay. Additionally, Fifth Avenue (Quinta Avenida), located just a 5-minute walk away, is the central hub for local transportation. Here, you will find bus and colectivo (shared shuttle) stops connecting you to other areas of Playa del Carmen and nearby tourist destinations, such as Tulum and Cancun.
The main ADO bus station is just a 10-minute drive away, offering reliable regional and national connections.
Other things to note
Before your arrival, we will request a photo of the identification of each of the guests who will be staying, as well as the signature of the condominium regulations. This helps us maintain a harmonious coexistence with the neighbors and comply with the building's rules.
It is likely that you will encounter birds, local dogs, and other small animals during your stay (geckos, spiders, ants). We ask you to respect them; we take great care of the environment and we are the ones who are invading their habitat. To help avoid this, we recommend not leaving open food outside.
Your reservation includes a cleaning before your arrival and another after your departure. Additionally, we provide basic welcome amenities, such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other essentials. If you desire additional cleaning or replenishment of amenities during your stay, we can gladly assist you for an extra cost.
For the proper functioning of the air conditioning, we ask you to keep doors and windows closed while it is on and not to adjust the temperature below 21°C, as this could affect its operation during your stay.

- To preserve the quality of linens and towels, please do not use them to remove makeup, sunscreen or tanning lotion, or to clean the floor.

Smaller than expected. Definitely not 2 beds as one is a couch. Getting the correct codes to enter was also a hasstle
