We do not have permanent on-site staff, but our team is available by message throughout your stay for anything you may need.
Neighborhood
Set in the vibrant Zazil-Ha neighborhood, you are steps from everything Playa del Carmen has to offer.
World-famous 5th Avenue, a pedestrian street lined with shops, restaurants, and bars, is just two blocks away, and the beach is a short walk via Playa Martina and the quieter Playa Shangri-La.
Supermarkets, convenience stores, cafes, and art galleries are all close by for daily essentials and exploring.
Getting around
Cancun International Airport (CUN) is about a 50-minute drive away. Taxis, private shuttles, and car rentals are all easy to arrange.
Around town, taxis and colectivos (shared vans) are common and budget-friendly. The ADO bus station is within walking distance for trips to other cities and top destinations.
The building offers secure garage parking. Please note the garage ramp is narrow and best suited to compact and mid-size vehicles; larger SUVs may find access difficult.
Other things to note
A valid government-issued photo ID is required from every guest, along with the signed condominium regulations, before arrival in order to authorize building access and keep good relations with neighbors.
You may encounter local wildlife such as birds, raccoons, geckos, and the occasional insect. We care for the environment, so please avoid leaving food outdoors.
Your stay includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and essentials). Additional cleaning or restocking is available for an extra fee.
For the air conditioning to work properly, please keep doors and windows closed while it is on and do not set it below 21°C.

Solo como observación, sería bueno que la televisión estuviera más actualizada y que los controles funcionaran. También el refrigerador no cerraba bien la puerta de abajo por lo que no mantenía frío nada. De ahí en fuera todo bien

Perfect location! Close to the beach, ferry, 38th street but not too close where you aren’t able to sleep. One issue is that one of the restrooms is missing a curtain or frosted window, people next building can see you showering but informed the host and said they will fix it! Also they give you PLENTY of towels to shower and beach towels!

El depto esta increible! Super amplio, luminoso, espacioso, comodo. Faltaron algunas cositas que no empanaron la estadia. No hay un horno en la unidad ni una pava para calentar agua. Pero le buscamos la vuelta y nos arreglamos, pues el depto se sintio tan comodo que fue un detalle menor. Si tuvimos una situacion en el estacionamiento, para sacar el auto nos fue dificil y el chofer era experimentado! Teniamos una SUV y estos estacionamientos estan preparados para autos mas pequenos, realmente fue difiultoso cada vez que queriamos sacarlo por lo angosto de la rampa. La ubicacion del depto es premium a pasos de la 38th y de la 5ta avenida, dos cuadras de la playa. Un edificio tranquilo, con restaurantes y cafeterias muy cerca. Disfrutamos mucho la estadia. Las camas comodas, vajilla suficiente, buenos linens, ofrecen shampoo pero no conditioner, dejan mucho papel higienico pero no papel toalla. Si nos dejaron unas botellitas de agua en el refri que apreciamos mucho. todo estuvo muy bien
