• Third Bedroom: 2 twin beds, ideal for children or extra guests
• Living Area: sofa bed for 2 additional guests

All bedrooms have independent air conditioning and quality linens. The home has 3 full bathrooms, each with a shower and complimentary toiletries.

Important: This is a top-floor unit and the building does not have an elevator, so it may not be suitable for guests with mobility difficulties.

Guest access

We offer self check-in. We provide an access code so you can enter at your convenience within the established check-in hours, without waiting for staff. We do not have permanent on-site staff but are always reachable by message for anything you need during your stay.

We require an official ID of every guest before arrival to authorize access to the complex.

The villa is nestled within a peaceful complex, serving as a tranquil oasis just outside the bustling center of Playa del Carmen.

While it offers the serene atmosphere of a residential retreat, the vibrant energy of the city is only a short distance away. A quick drive—or a slightly longer trip if you prefer a local taxi—will bring you right into the heart of Playa del Carmen, where a wide variety of restaurants, souvenir shops, and the destination's famous, lively nightlife await you.

Additionally, the stunning beaches of the Riviera Maya are within easy reach, perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying the Caribbean sea.

For those seeking an even more adventurous experience, the Jaguar National Park (Parque del Jaguar) in Tulum is an excellent choice for an unforgettable day trip.

Getting around

To make your travels as smooth as possible, here is some useful information regarding the transportation options near the villa:

From the Airport: Cancun International Airport (CUN) is approximately a 50-minute drive away.

Getting to the Center: To reach downtown Playa del Carmen and its main attractions, you can easily take a taxi or use ridesharing services like Uber, with an estimated travel time of just 10–15 minutes.

Public Transit: For those who prefer public transportation, there are nearby bus stops offering convenient connections to various points across the city and other destinations throughout the Riviera Maya.

Parking: If you plan on renting a car or driving, the villa includes complimentary private parking on-site for your ultimate convenience.

Other things to note

Before your arrival, we will request a photo of the identification of each of the guests who will be staying, as well as the signature of the condominium regulations. This helps us maintain a harmonious coexistence with the neighbors and comply with the building's rules.

It is likely that you will encounter birds, raccoons, local dogs, and other small animals during your stay (geckos, spiders, scorpions). We ask you to respect them; we take great care of the environment and we are the ones who are invading their habitat. To help avoid this, we recommend not leaving open food outside.

Your reservation includes a cleaning before your arrival and another after your departure. Additionally, we provide basic welcome amenities, such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other essentials. If you desire additional cleaning or replenishment of amenities during your stay, we can gladly assist you for an extra cost.

For the proper functioning of the air conditioning, we ask you to keep doors and windows closed while it is on and not to adjust the temperature below 21°C, as this could affect its operation during your stay.
