Space Layout

-Bedroom:

The bedroom offers you a comfy double-size bed where you can rest after a long day exploring Playa del Carmen.

-Bathroom:

This studio offers you one full bathroom.

-Kitchen & Dining Area:

The fully equipped kitchenette allows you to prepare delicious meals, and the dining area seats up to 4 people for a cozy dining experience.

-Living Room:

In the living room, you'll find a sofa that can convert into a sofa bed, offering an additional double-size bed if needed. The space also includes a TV where you can watch your favorite movies. Sliding doors provide direct access to the balcony where you can enjoy the Caribbean breeze.

-Balcony/Terrace:

Enjoy the Caribbean breeze from the balcony with outdoor seating for up to 2 people.

-Outdoor/Common Areas:

Relax by the shared swimming pool on the rooftop or in the ground floor, enjoy the sun loungers. Also, you can enjoy your favorite morning workout routine in the gym. And, if you need to work, you can use the incredible co-working area.

NOTE: In this peaceful retreat with a family-friendly atmosphere, we prioritize the tranquility of all our guests. To maintain a relaxing environment, parties and loud noises/music are not permitted during the night. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Guest access

We handle Self-Check-In. This means that we give you an access code so that you can enter the accommodation at the time you want (within the established schedules), in order to facilitate your check-in and to avoid waiting, since we do not have permanent staff working in the accommodation. However, we will be available for anything you may need during your stay.

Stay in one of Playa del Carmen’s most exciting areas—just minutes from white-sand beaches, lively cafés, boutique shops, and the famous 5th Avenue. A large supermarket,pharmacy and coffee shops few steps away

Getting around

To reach your studio, we offer several transportation options. Cancun International Airport (CUN) is approximately 55 minutes away by car. You can take a taxi, a private shuttle service, or rent a car.

There are also public transportation options like ADO buses that connect the airport with Playa del Carmen, with a stop located near the property. To get around the city, walking is an excellent option since you’ll be close to 5th Avenue and the beach. If you prefer public transport, taxis and "colectivos" (local shuttles) are easy to find.

We have free street parking available, subject to availability.

Other things to note

Before your arrival, we will request a photo of the identification of each of the guests who will be staying, as well as the signature of the condominium regulations. This helps us maintain a harmonious coexistence with the neighbors and comply with the building's rules.

It is likely that you will encounter birds, raccoons, local dogs, and other small animals during your stay (geckos, spiders, scorpions). We ask you to respect them; we take great care of the environment and we are the ones who are invading their habitat. To help avoid this, we recommend not leaving open food outside.

Your reservation includes a cleaning before your arrival and another after your departure. Additionally, we provide basic welcome amenities, such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other essentials. If you desire additional cleaning or replenishment of amenities during your stay, we can gladly assist you for an extra cost.

For the proper functioning of the air conditioning, we ask you to keep doors and windows closed while it is on and not to adjust the temperature below 21°C, as this could affect its operation during your stay.
