Note: stays of 7 nights or more include 20 kWh of electricity per night; excessive use is charged at 5 MXN per extra kWh. With normal, responsible use you should stay within this limit (please turn off the A/C when you go out and avoid running it with doors or windows open).

Getting around

The studio enjoys a prime location with easy access to transportation.

• From Cancun International Airport (CUN): about a 50-minute drive by taxi or private shuttle; ADO buses also connect the airport to downtown Playa del Carmen.
• On foot: many restaurants, shops, and attractions are a short stroll away.
• Taxis: easily hailed on the street or booked via app.
• Colectivos (shared local minibuses): an affordable way to get around and reach nearby destinations.
• Parking: street parking is available subject to availability, plus nearby public parking lots.

Other things to note

Before arrival, we will request a photo of the official government-issued ID of each guest staying, along with a signed copy of the condominium regulations. This helps us maintain a harmonious environment with neighbors and comply with the building's rules.

You may encounter local wildlife during your stay (birds, raccoons, local dogs, geckos, spiders, scorpions). Please respect them - we care for the environment and share their habitat. To help avoid them, do not leave open food outside.

Your reservation includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and essentials). Additional cleaning or amenity replenishment during your stay is available for an extra charge.

To keep the A/C working properly, please keep doors and windows closed while it is on and do not set it below 21C (70F).
