Self check-in with a personal access code, so you can arrive at the time that suits you within the established check-in window. We do not have on-site staff in the unit, but our team is always reachable by message for anything you need during your stay.
Neighborhood
Playa del Carmen blends white-sand beaches, turquoise water and a lively, cosmopolitan vibe. The famous 5th Avenue, just one block away, is packed with restaurants, boutiques, bars and nightlife. You are also a short distance from cenotes, eco-parks and Mayan archaeological sites, for the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure. Iconic 38th Street and 'La Cueva del Chango' restaurant are right around the corner.
Getting around
You won't need a car. Most attractions, restaurants and shops are within walking distance, and the beach is about one block away. For longer trips, taxis, car rentals and bikes are easily available, and Playa del Carmen has an extensive bike-path network connecting the main spots.
Other things to note
Before arrival, we will request an official photo ID of every guest who will be staying, along with the signed condominium regulations. This is required to authorize access and to maintain good relations with neighbors.
Parking: street parking is free only between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM (fines apply outside this window). Garage parking inside the building is paid and subject to availability, so please ask us in advance if you need it.
Air conditioning: please keep doors and windows closed while the A/C is running and do not set it below 21°C, to keep it working properly during your stay.
Good to know: there is a hotel across the street that occasionally hosts rooftop music on weekend nights; light sleepers may want to bring earplugs.

Ee la segunda ocasión que nos hospedamos en el depto, buena ubicación para nuestra conveniencia, El apartamento es amplio y muy acogedor, está cerca de la playa y la 5 av, zona muy tranquila. El Roof y la vista están geniales, solo que está vez el Jacuzzi no funcionaba, esperemos que para nuestra próxima visita ya lo hayan reparado.
