Included: bed linens, bath towels, and pool towels (one per guest per stay), plus one cleaning before arrival and one after departure. Not included: daily cleaning, mid-stay linen/towel changes, washer/dryer, and meals (all available for an extra charge).

Furniture note: due to inventory limitations, lounge chairs and deck furniture are not included in your reservation.

Before arrival, we will request a photo of the passport or official ID of every guest staying, plus a signed copy of the condominium rules for good coexistence with neighbors. Online check-in must be completed before arrival.

This is a private studio inside a condo-hotel, so some shared services (entry wristbands, bars, water park, meals) may carry an additional cost charged directly by the hotel. Please ask us in advance so there are no surprises.

The apartment is beachfront and the photos are real and recent. Please note sargassum is a natural, seasonal, and unpredictable phenomenon in the Mexican Caribbean (usually in warmer months). If present, we suggest a day trip to Isla Mujeres; the ferry is very close.

Your stay includes one cleaning before arrival and one after departure. Extra cleaning or a change of linens and towels can be scheduled in advance for an additional cost.
