Neighborhood
Puerto Juarez is the historic fishing district of Cancun and the only coastal stretch to enjoy outside the Hotel Zone. It has a genuine flavor of the sea, with several beachfront restaurants serving fresh seafood straight from the catch to your plate. You are steps from the beach, close to the El Meco ruins, and a short walk from the ferry to Isla Mujeres. The Hotel Zone, with its nightlife and larger beaches, is a quick taxi ride away.
Getting around
We recommend renting a car (free gated parking is included), but you can easily walk to great daytime seafood spots like MarBella, which we highly recommend. The ferry to Isla Mujeres and the El Meco ruins are nearby. To reach the Hotel Zone (party zone), we can help arrange taxis and transportation. Cancun International Airport is about 25-30 minutes away by car or transfer, which the concierge can arrange.

About the beach: the apartment is oceanfront with direct beach access - perfect for sunrise views and relaxing by the water. For swimming, calmer public beaches and the Hotel Zone are a short ride away.
Your stay includes one cleaning before arrival and one after departure. Extra cleaning or a change of sheets and towels can be scheduled in advance for an additional cost. This is a quiet, family-friendly condominium: please respect pool hours, do not bring extra guests not listed on the reservation, and observe quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Todo estuvo muy bien sólo lo único molesto esta ves fue que el control de acceso del portón no nos lo entregaron y el guardia del turno de día muy grosero nos dijo que lo pidiéramos que él ya no nos iba a estar abriendo el portón que debíamos pedirlo que no éramos los primeros a los que no se lo entregaban que ya a pasado con ese departamento. Solo eso Otra cosas ase unos años lo renté y me cobrarían algunas cosas que se dañaron tenía a mi niña pequeña y si algunas cosas se dañaron pero otras cosas no y de igual forma nos las cobraron yo recomendó antes de todo tomen fotos y videos de el departamento por si ay algún inconveniente tengan pruebas de cómo estaba el departamento. No sé si son las mismas personas de antes que lo rentaban pero está ves todo súper bien sólo lo de el control de acceso.

El departamento está super lindo y limpio, las instrucciones de ingreso fueron super claras y siempre respondieron mis mensajes de manera rápida y amable. Tiene vista al mar 🌊 lo cual es muy lindo, puedes dormir escuchando las olas. Tuvimos un tema de ingreso con auto con los vigilantes de las Villas, porque no había control remoto. De ahí en fuera, disfrutamos muchísimo nuestra estancia☺️🎖 Lo recomiendo para pasar unos días tranquilos. Su ubicación está muy bien, ya que está a 5min de la estación del ferry y también ahí salía transporte a Xel Ha y Xcaret, en caso de que reserven tours. 🥳

Nuestra estadía fue bastante buena, y con una excelente ubicación. Tenía restaurantes y tiendas de conveniencia cercanas, además de que si deseas moverte en transporte público, hay unas combis que pasan en frente del complejo. Hay vigilancia las 24 horas y todo coincidió con la descripción. Si acaso, yo diría que lo único que hace falta es que le dejen agua a los huéspedes para que se sientan más acogidos. Sé que no es obligatorio, pero en otras ocasiones he recibido ese trato ameno, y en esta ocasión me extrañó no tenerlo. De ahí en fuera, sí me volvería a hospedar aquí.

We did not have a great experience here. The photos published online seemed to be photoshopped, as the apartment was in need of maintenance. The beds were not comfortable. One bedroom had vents near the window, as the entire room was howling due to a bit of wind. There were leaks throughout the entire apartment when we arrived in the evening, and the first thing I had to do was mop the floors. Then in the morning, we saw the leaks coming through worse than the night prior in the ceiling of the living room and kitchen areas. There was even a leak coming through one of the ceiling lights - which is an electrical fire hazard. On top of all of this, when we checked in at night, there wasn't any toilet paper throughout either bathrooms. Overall, it was not a good experience. The host needs to invest in fixing up this apartment, but the entire building complex seemed to need fixing. The apartment across from this apartment was abandoned and in need of repairs too.

El lugar está impecable y tal cual lo describen, tienes todo para tener una estancia agradable, tienes lugar de estacionamiento y el tener el mar enfrente es un gran plus! Cercano tienes restaurantes y una playa pública, estuvo tranquilo también aproveché a salir a correr y me sentí segura, la comunicación es rápida.
