The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals, and the dining area seats up to 4 people, creating a cozy atmosphere.

• Living Room:

In the living room, you'll find a sofa that converts into a sofa bed, providing an additional bed if needed. The space also has a ceiling fan and air conditioning for your comfort.

• Balcony/Terrace:

Sliding doors provide direct access to the balcony, where you'll find spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea.

• Outdoor/Common Areas:

Relax by the shared pools and enjoy the sun loungers.

NOTE: At this peaceful retreat with a family-friendly atmosphere, we prioritize the serenity of all our guests. To maintain a relaxing atmosphere, parties and loud noise/music are not allowed at night. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Within the complex, you will find bars and water parks, as well as other additional services, all of which have an additional cost.

We handle Self-Check-In. This means that we give you an access code so that you can enter the accommodation at the time you want (within the established schedules), in order to facilitate your check-in and to avoid waiting, since we do not have permanent staff working in the accommodation. However, we will be available for anything you may need during your stay.

Neighborhood

It is located in an area called Puerto Juárez, very close to the ferry to Isla Mujeres. If you decide to rent a car, you can also reach the pristine beach of Isla Blanca.

For your meals, there is a variety of restaurants with options for all tastes, ranging from local to international cuisine. If you need to shop for anything, stores and supermarkets are conveniently located nearby. *

Getting around

To reach your beachfront paradise, consider these transportation options:

Public Transportation: The property is conveniently located near bus stops that connect to downtown Cancun and other tourist areas. Ask the resort staff for information regarding schedules and routes.

Taxi and Shuttles: Taxis and shuttle services are readily available to take you to your destination. You can request them at the front desk or via mobile apps.

Airport: Cancun International Airport (CUN) is approximately a 30-minute drive away. We recommend booking a transfer in advance for greater convenience.

Parking: We offer secure and free parking for our guests. Enjoy the peace of mind knowing your vehicle is protected while you explore Cancun.

Other things to note

Furniture Disclaimer: Due to inventory limitations and to ensure a comfortable environment for all, please be advised that lounge chairs and deck furniture are not included in your reservation.

Before your arrival, we will request a photo of the identification of each of the guests who will be staying, as well as the signature of the condominium regulations. This helps us maintain a harmonious coexistence with the neighbors and comply with the building's rules.

It is likely that you will encounter birds, raccoons, local dogs, and other small animals during your stay (geckos, spiders, scorpions). We ask you to respect them; we take great care of the environment and we are the ones who are invading their habitat. To help avoid this, we recommend not leaving open food outside.

Your reservation includes a cleaning before your arrival and another after your departure. Additionally, we provide basic welcome amenities, such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other essentials. If you desire additional cleaning or replenishment of amenities during your stay, we can gladly assist you for an extra cost.

For the proper functioning of the air conditioning, we ask you to keep doors and windows closed while it is on and not to adjust the temperature below 21°C, as this could affect its operation during your stay.
