Getting around is easy from this Hotel Zone location.

• Cancun International Airport (CUN): about a 25-minute drive.
• Public buses: stops nearby for efficient travel along the Hotel Zone and into downtown Cancun.
• Free parking: included for your vehicle within the condominium.
• Taxis: readily available throughout the Hotel Zone.

Other things to note

Important notices:

• The kitchen stove is currently out of service.
• There may be construction or maintenance work nearby, with possible construction noise during the day.
• The condominium has visible security cameras in common areas only (never in private spaces), to reinforce overall security.
• The garbage room is located to the right of the security booth, behind the black doors.

Before arrival, we will request a photo of the official government-issued ID of each guest staying, along with a signed copy of the condominium regulations. This helps us maintain a harmonious environment with neighbors and comply with the building's rules.

You may encounter local wildlife during your stay (birds, raccoons, local dogs, geckos, spiders, scorpions). Please respect them and avoid leaving open food outside.

Your reservation includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and essentials). Additional cleaning or amenity replenishment during your stay is available for an extra charge.

To keep the A/C working properly, please keep doors and windows closed while it is on and do not set it below 21C (70F).
