Cozy ground-floor studio in the Cancun Hotel Zone, on a quiet, gated dead-end street. Just across the main avenue you reach Playa Tortugas with its turquoise Caribbean water, where you can also catch the ferry to Isla Mujeres. Easy access by public transportation, the bus stop is on the corner. Only 5 minutes from nightclubs, restaurants and shops, and about 20 minutes from the airport. Please note: the building pool is currently CLOSED until further notice. This studio sleeps up to 4 with a king bed and a double bed, has a full equipped kitchen, AC, fast Wi-Fi and self check-in.

We use a self check-in system: keys are in a lockbox next to the door with a code, so you can arrive at any time within the allowed hours.
Guest access
We use self check-in. We provide an access code so you can enter at the time you wish (within the established hours), avoiding any wait, since we do not have permanent on-site staff. We are always available by message for anything you need during your stay.

Enjoy the calm of our studio in the Cancun Hotel Zone, on a dead-end street that ensures peace and security.
The location is ideal: just steps away, across the main avenue, you reach Cancun's beautiful beaches and the ferry to Isla Mujeres. For convenience, there is an Oxxo convenience store very close by.
Getting around
Public transportation is very easy from here, no need to rent a car. The bus stop is right on the corner and runs through the whole Hotel Zone and downtown.
Please note: this studio does NOT have a private/dedicated parking space. Free street parking is available in this safe area, but please do not use the spaces across the street, as they belong to the neighbors.
The property is about 20 minutes from the airport. If you need airport transfers or a driver during your stay, we have trusted providers available.
Other things to note
The building pool is closed until further notice.
Before arrival, we will request a photo of the valid official ID of every guest staying at the property, and the signature of the condominium regulations. This helps us keep good relations with neighbors and comply with building rules.
You may encounter local wildlife during your stay (birds, raccoons, dogs, geckos, spiders, scorpions). Please respect them, we care for the environment. To avoid attracting them, do not leave food out in the open.
Your reservation includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, soap and essentials). Additional cleaning or restocking during your stay is available for an extra cost.
For the air conditioning to work properly, keep doors and windows closed while it is on and do not set the temperature below 21C.

Great location, with Playa Tortugas just across the main road and ferries to Isla Mujeres (among other spots) departing from there. Easy access to an Oxxo and 24/7 clinic. Place itself was as advertised and on a quiet road by the marina, which is worth having a little walk by. Would recommend!

terrible, the place stinks, the air conditioner does not work (i tried contacting them every single day since check in to see if they could fix it and they refused too), there was mold on the towels for the shower, poop stain on the bed, cockroaches inside the airbnb, the toilet won't flush without pouring water in it to make it flush. I could go on and on do not book this place if you want a memorable vacation

La estancia fue agradable, tranquila, instalaciones cómodas en especial las camas y almohadas, la zona está muy tranquilo y la ubicación está más que bien, tienes dos oxxos en menos de 200 metros, la regadera estaba excelente, te dan cortecias como jabón, shampoo, tollas de playa y de baño, papel higiénico más que suficiente, café con cafetera funcional, como puntos negativos está la alberca la cual estaba cerrada, la estufa tardaba mucho en calentar, fuera de ahí todo excelente me encantó la estancia.
