This eight-bedroom villa offers ample space for everyone to relax, including a top-floor master suite with a private balcony. All bedrooms feature an en-suite bathroom for privacy and comfort. Cooking enthusiasts will love the island kitchen, fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar.

Gather for dinner in the indoor dining room or dine alfresco on the furnished, shaded patio. The sun-drenched living area has double-height ceilings, large windows, comfortable furnishings, and a TV.

Out back, dive into your private pool with the ocean as your backdrop, relax in the garden hammock, or stroll onto the private pier and palapa for the ultimate sunset spot.

• Maximum capacity is 18 guests. Any extra person (after 8) incurs a 100 USD per person, per night fee, subject to the host's approval and must be notified before arrival.

Self check-in: we provide an access code so you can arrive at your convenience within the established hours, with no waiting. We do not keep permanent staff on site, but we are always reachable by message for anything you need during your stay.

Getting around

A car is essential for exploring the region. Please note the road to the property is unpaved; a 4x4 is highly recommended during the rainy season (Jul-Nov). Cancun International Airport is about a 1.5-2 hour drive. We can arrange airport transfers, car rentals, and tours through our trusted partners.

Other things to note

Government-issued photo ID is required from every guest before arrival in order to authorize access; we will also ask you to sign the property regulations. This helps us maintain good relations with neighbors and comply with the community rules.

Please be aware there may be temporary power interruptions due to weather conditions in Bahia Tankah.

You may encounter local wildlife during your stay (birds, raccoons, dogs, geckos, spiders, scorpions). Please respect them - we care for the environment and ask that you do not leave food outside.

Your reservation includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and essentials). Additional cleaning or restocking during your stay is available for an extra cost.

For the air conditioning to work properly, please keep doors and windows closed while it is on and do not set the temperature below 21 C.
