Getting around
Villa Eclipse offers easy access on Isla Mujeres. From Cancun Airport, take a taxi or bus to the Isla Mujeres ferry terminal; the ferry ride is about 20 minutes. Once on the island, taxis and golf carts are the most common ways to get around.
On-site parking is available at the villa, and a golf cart is the ideal way to explore the island. The beach is just a few minutes' walk away.
Other things to note
Before your arrival, we will request a photo of the identification of each of the guests who will be staying, as well as the signature of the condominium regulations. This helps us maintain a harmonious coexistence with the neighbors and comply with the building's rules.
It is likely that you will encounter birds, raccoons, local dogs, and other small animals during your stay (geckos, spiders, scorpions). We ask you to respect them; we take great care of the environment and we are the ones who are invading their habitat. To help avoid this, we recommend not leaving open food outside.
Your reservation includes a cleaning before your arrival and another after your departure. Additionally, we provide basic welcome amenities, such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other essentials. If you desire additional cleaning or replenishment of amenities during your stay, we can gladly assist you for an extra cost.
For the proper functioning of the air conditioning, we ask you to keep doors and windows closed while it is on and not to adjust the temperature below 21°C, as this could affect its operation during your stay.

- To preserve the quality of linens and towels, please do not use them to remove makeup, sunscreen, or tanning lotion, or to clean the floor.
- The area's plumbing is delicate; to avoid blockages, toilet paper and other waste must be placed in the trash bin provided.
