Guest access

You'll have the entire apartment, plus access to the resort-style amenities: the 70-meter beachfront pool, gardens with grills, and poolside restaurant. The complex has 24/7 security and two designated parking spaces for the unit, and the building has an elevator. Check-in details and access are sent ahead of your arrival.

Neighborhood

Right on the beachfront in a privileged Cancun location. You're steps from the sand and a short beach walk to several restaurants, and right next to the Isla Mujeres ferry. Shopping centers, supermarkets, and dining are all close by, and the airport is about 25 minutes away. Good to know: this is a residential beachfront condominium where some owners live full-time, so please follow the community rules to keep a friendly atmosphere for everyone.

Getting around

The airport is about 25 minutes away. Taxis and rideshares are easy to arrange (we're happy to share trusted contact numbers), and public transportation is available nearby. The unit includes two parking spaces if you rent a car, and the Isla Mujeres ferry is right next door.

Other things to note

• Before arrival we'll request a photo ID of each guest and a signed copy of the condo regulations - we need these in order to send you your access information.
• This is a residential beachfront condominium with full-time residents; please follow the building's rules and quiet hours so everyone enjoys a pleasant stay.
• Being beachfront and surrounded by nature, you may occasionally see birds or small wildlife - please keep food sealed and balcony doors closed.
• Your stay includes cleaning before arrival and after departure; mid-stay cleaning or restocking is available on request for an extra cost.
