Please note that this is an older condo with a classic style. It is not a newly renovated or luxury property, and some furniture, finishes, and details reflect the age of the building and the apartment. Getting around
If you’re planning to explore the Riviera Maya, we recommend renting a car, as we have secure parking available in the condominium. However, if you plan to spend most of your time at the beach and only go out to restaurants, a car is not necessary. Most places are within walking distance, and there is also a bus that runs along the main avenue, taking you through the entire Hotel Zone.

This is a classic beachfront apartment in an older condominium, and some aspects of both the building and the unit reflect their age. It is not a luxury renovated property. The greatest value of this stay is its oceanfront location, beautiful views, spacious layout, and beach access. Some furniture, finishes, and general details may feel dated or show visible wear from time and use.
Renovation and improvement work may be taking place in certain areas of the condominium as part of ongoing maintenance to keep the property functional and comfortable for guests.
The apartment is located on the 7th floor, which gives it a better ocean view. There is an elevator, but the condominium also has several staircases, and there are stairs inside the apartment as well. Please keep this in mind if you are traveling with elderly guests, small children, or anyone with mobility difficulties.
Online check-in is required before arrival, and all guests must present an official ID.

We were a family of 7 and were very comfortable at this Airbnb. Each bedroom has its own private bath along with a half bath. The views are stunning. Two of the rooms faced the ocean. The host was very responsive to the many questions that I had. The pools were amazing and the beach is assessable next to the pool. We loved every minute of our stay. The convenience store next door was used by us daily as well as the grocery store across the street. To access the store you have to go in through the mall, there is a back entrance or go through the parking garage. The place is a little dated, and the amenities could be updated, but overall not bad for the price. Be prepared to uber or take a bus/taxi to downtown. We were about 20 min car ride to downtown hotel zone where most major attractions were. The place does heat up very quickly, but that is to be expected in a tropical location, but with the ac and fans we were able to cool down quickly.
