Guest access

We handle Self-Check-In. This means that we give you an access code so that you can enter the accommodation at the time you want (within the established schedules), in order to facilitate your check-in and to avoid waiting, since we do not have permanent staff working in the accommodation. However, we will be available for anything you may need during your stay.

Other things to note

To authorize access and issue your entry codes, before arrival we will request a photo of an official government ID for EACH guest staying at the property, along with a signed copy of the condominium regulations. This helps us keep a harmonious coexistence with the neighbors and comply with the condominium rules.

You may encounter local wildlife during your stay (birds, raccoons, dogs, geckos, spiders, scorpions). Please respect them; we care for the environment and we are guests in their habitat. To help avoid this, do not leave food out in the open.

Your reservation includes one cleaning before arrival and one after departure, plus basic welcome amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other essentials). Additional cleaning or restocking during your stay is available for an extra cost.

For the A/C to work properly, please keep doors and windows closed while it is on and do not set the temperature below 21C, as this can affect its operation.
