The gated community offers 3 shared swimming pools for guest use. The home is in the Hotel Zone, walking distance from a public beach. We provide one secure parking space; if you prefer not to drive, the public bus along the main boulevard (Kukulcan Ave.) is just steps away.

Stays of 7 nights or more include 25 kWh of electricity per night. Excess consumption is charged at 5 MXN per extra kWh. With normal, responsible use this limit is rarely exceeded (run the A/C while you are home, turn it off when you leave, and keep doors and windows closed while it is on).

Neighborhood

Cancun's Hotel Zone is a stunning coastal stretch of white-sand beaches and the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea, bordered by the Nichupte Lagoon. The area is home to top resorts, lively nightlife and a wide range of dining and entertainment. The main avenue, Kukulcan, is the commercial and tourist hub, offering everything from shops to water activities.

Getting around

Getting around is easy. Public buses run frequently along the Hotel Zone's main boulevard, Kukulcan Avenue, an affordable and convenient way to explore; the nearest bus stop is a short walk from the property. Cancun International Airport (CUN) is about a 20-minute drive away, and taxis and ride-sharing are readily available. If you drive, we offer one secure on-site parking space. The ADO bus station is about a 25-minute drive.

Other things to note

Before arrival, we request a photo of an official ID for each guest who will be staying, plus a signed copy of the community regulations. This is required to authorize access and helps us keep good relations with neighbors and comply with the building's rules.

Being close to nature, you may occasionally encounter birds, raccoons, local dogs and small wildlife (geckos, spiders). Please respect them; we care for the environment and avoid leaving food outdoors to keep them away.

Your reservation includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, soap and other essentials). Additional cleaning or restocking during your stay is available for an extra cost.

For the A/C to work properly, please keep doors and windows closed while it is running and do not set the temperature below 21 C.
