Self check-in with an access code. We send you a personal code so you can arrive on your own schedule (within the established hours) with no waiting; we do not keep permanent staff on site. We stay reachable by message for anything you need during your stay.
Neighborhood
Isla Mujeres is a tropical paradise where turquoise sea and white sands meet vibrant culture and warm hospitality. The island offers dream beaches, spectacular reefs and delicious local cuisine, all in a relaxed, walkable setting.
From Villa Luna you are just minutes from the beach and a short ride from Playa Norte, the island's famous white-sand beach, as well as restaurants, shops and the lively town center. The perfect base to relax, explore and create unforgettable Caribbean memories.
Getting around
Getting here: take a taxi or bus from Cancun Airport to the Isla Mujeres ferry terminal (Puerto Juarez or Gran Puerto). The ferry crossing takes about 20 minutes. Once on the island, taxis and golf carts are the most common ways to get around, and the villa is just a few minutes' walk from the beach.
The property has no private parking, but street parking is available. Renting a golf cart is a fun and convenient way to explore the whole island.
Other things to note
Guest registration: before arrival we will request a photo of an official ID for each guest staying at the property and a signed copy of the condominium regulations. This keeps a good relationship with neighbors and complies with building rules.
Nature: you may encounter birds, raccoons, local dogs and small animals (geckos, spiders, scorpions). Please respect them and avoid leaving food out; we care for this environment.
Cleaning & amenities: your stay includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities. Extra cleaning or restocking during the stay is available for an additional cost.
Air conditioning: for proper operation, keep doors and windows closed while the A/C is on and do not set it below 21C.

Tuvimos una excelente estancia en familia. El lugar es muy bonito, con una vista increíble al amanecer, alberca grande y no tan profunda. Las instalaciones son modernas, cómodas y están muy bien cuidadas. Las habitaciones son amplias, todas con baño propio, camas grandes, clóset y aires acondicionados. La cocina cuenta con lo necesario y la sala estaba perfectamente adaptada con el sofá cama para la quinta persona. También encontramos suficientes toallas y todo estaba muy limpio. Sin duda, el precio vale totalmente la pena. Estando ahí ya no quieres salir 😍. Fue una lástima no poder reservar una noche más. ¡Definitivamente lo recomendamos! ❤️

We had a great time at Villa Eclipse! The area is peaceful and right across the street from the beach. We loved swimming in the pool and having dinner right next door at the Italian restaurant. We would highly recommend and look forward to returning next summer.

👍 Beautiful condo. Well equipped with anything a family needs. Great location if you would like to stay from all the hustle and bustle of downtown. The only issue that we kept having is removing the key from the gate. We really struggled with that. Also be aware there is construction next door but it didn't bother us. On the other side is a restaurant which was the only thing that bother me. I hated having people stare at us while we were in the pool. Would I stay here..Yes definitely! 👎 Just the restaurant next door. Maybe a privacy fence would help.
