- To preserve linens and towels, please do not use them to remove makeup, sunscreen or tanning lotion, or to clean the floor.
- Dispose of trash only in the designated areas.
- Respect check-in and check-out times so we can properly prepare the unit for each guest.
- To comply with the building's rules, keep balconies and windows free of towels, clothing or items visible from outside.
IMPORTANT
- To authorize access, we require registration and a valid official ID for every guest.
- Only in force-majeure situations (leaks, flooding, emergencies) might the team need access, with prior notice.

Very clean and had great AC . The furniture was a bit worn, but the staff were friendly. Overall, we had a good experien 👍 Everything was very clean, and we especially liked the pool area. It was well maintained, offered direct access to the beach, and had plenty of shaded space under the umbrellas, making it a great place to relax. 👎 Due to a burst pipe, we were without water in our suite for one and a half days.
