Set in an exclusive gated community minutes from Fifth Avenue and the beach, with shared resort amenities including three large pools, gym, gardens, jogging track, restaurant, and rooftop bar. Please note nearby construction may cause some daytime noise (see details below).

You will have full access to the studio and to all shared community amenities, including the resort pools, gym, gardens, and rooftop bar. Self check-in is via personal access codes sent before arrival. The community has gated security and elevator access.

You are about 10 minutes from Playa del Carmen's vibrant Fifth Avenue (Quinta Avenida) and just 5 minutes from the beach, with restaurants, shops, and nightlife close by.

Cancun International Airport (CUN) is about 45 minutes away. Fifth Avenue is roughly 10 minutes away and the beach about 5 minutes. Taxis and app-based rides are readily available, and the area is walkable. On-site and street parking options are available.
