- Smoke-free unit; no smoking or illegal substances inside the condo or in common areas.
- Dogs are welcome; please keep pets off beds and furniture and clean up after them.
- Do not use towels for makeup, sunscreen, or cleaning; do not hang clothing or towels on balconies or visible windows.
- Plumbing is sensitive: do not flush paper, wipes, or other objects.
- Dispose of trash only in designated areas.
- Pool hours 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM; swimwear required; no food, glass, or cigarettes in the pool area.
- No gas- or flame-powered items allowed.
- We will only enter the unit in an emergency, with prior notice.
- An official photo ID is required for every guest.
- Lost keys or access cards are charged $20 USD per item. Violations may result in fines or termination of the stay without refund.

New Condo 3rd floor overlooking lagoon type pool, cafe and gym. Very comfortable bed with great layout. Good hot water from shower. Excellent shops, cafe across street walking distance. Will rebook in future.
