This space is intended for rest and relaxation. No parties, events or gatherings are allowed. Music and speakers may be used only inside the property with windows and doors closed to keep a calm atmosphere.
For everyone's wellbeing, the interior of the property is smoke-free and free of illegal substances.
Help us care for the environment by turning off lights and air conditioning when not in use.
To preserve the quality of linens and towels, please do not use them to remove makeup, sunscreen or tanning lotion, or to clean the floor.
The area's plumbing is delicate; to avoid blockages, toilet paper and other waste must go in the bin provided.
Please dispose of trash only in the designated areas.
Please respect check-in and check-out times so we can properly prepare the property for each guest.
To comply with the condominium's rules, balconies and windows must be kept free of towels, clothing or objects visible from outside.

Important

For access to the property, we require registration and a valid official ID from every guest.
Your privacy matters to us. Only in cases of force majeure (leaks, flooding or emergencies) may the team need to access the property, with prior notice.
Quiet hours after 9:00 PM. No smoking. No parties or events. Pets are not allowed unless previously approved.
Failure to comply may result in condominium fines, and in case of misconduct we may end the stay without a refund.
