Enjoy a relaxing getaway in this inviting apartment featuring two bedrooms, a primary suite with a king bed, a second room with two double beds, and a sofa bed. The space includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with air conditioning, and wireless internet. You will have access to one full bathroom and one half bathroom. Outside, enjoy the shared swimming pool and garden areas. Located near the beach and shops, this home is perfect for families visiting Cancun. Linens, towels, and basic toiletries are provided.

We handle Self-Check-In. This means that we give you an access code so that you can enter the accommodation at the time you want (within the established schedules), in order to facilitate your check-in and to avoid waiting, since we do not have permanent staff working in the accommodation. However, we will be available for anything you may need during your stay.

There is construction or maintenance work in the area, there may be construction noise during the day.
The condominium has visible security cameras. None that invade the privacy of the guests, they are found in common areas and are to reinforce the security of the condominium.
The area where the garbage is deposited is located on the right hand side of the security booth, you will find some black doors, that is the garbage room.
Before your arrival, we will request a photo of the identification of each of the guests who will be staying, as well as the signature of the condominium regulations. This helps us maintain a harmonious coexistence with the neighbors and comply with the building's rules.
It is likely that you will encounter birds, raccoons, local dogs, and other small animals during your stay (geckos, spiders, scorpions). We ask you to respect them; we take great care of the environment and we are the ones who are invading their habitat. To help avoid this, we recommend not leaving open food outside.
Your reservation includes a cleaning before your arrival and another after your departure. Additionally, we provide basic welcome amenities, such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other essentials. If you desire additional cleaning or replenishment of amenities during your stay, we can gladly assist you for an extra cost. For the proper functioning of the air conditioning, we ask you to keep doors and windows closed while it is on and not to adjust the temperature below 21°C, as this could affect its operation during your stay.

PROPERTY HOUSE MANUAL
- This space is meant for rest and relaxation, so no parties, events or gatherings are allowed. Music and speakers may only be used inside the home with windows and doors closed to keep a calm atmosphere.
- For everyone's wellbeing, the interior is smoke-free and free of illegal substances.
- Help us care for the environment by switching off lights and air conditioning when not in use.
- To keep linens and towels in good condition, please don't use them to remove makeup, sunscreen or tanning lotion, or to clean floors.
- The area's plumbing is delicate; to avoid blockages, please place toilet paper and other waste in the bin provided.
- Please dispose of trash only in the designated areas.
- Please respect check-in and check-out times so we can properly prepare the home for each guest.
- Shared complex areas (pool, gardens and common spaces) follow building hours and rules; please use them respectfully and supervise children at all times.
- Keep balconies and windows free of towels, clothing or items visible from outside, per condominium rules.
IMPORTANT
- To authorize access to the property, we require online registration and a valid official photo ID for every guest.
- Your privacy matters to us. Only in cases of force majeure (such as leaks, flooding or emergencies) may the team need to access the home, and we will notify you in advance.
- Following these guidelines allows us to provide a safe and pleasant stay. Failure to comply may result in condominium fines, and in cases of misconduct the stay may be terminated without refund.
