We booked this property for six guests, but upon arrival there were only two bath towels, one face towel, two pool towels, and no paper towels. The listing advertised essentials, but the home was not properly stocked. The kitchen had a strong foul odor that was inspected but never resolved. The property was also poorly maintained: the balcony chair was shredded, fans did not work properly, and the washer filled with water but would not wash. After Airbnb became involved due to the unresolved issues, management stopped responding, and Airbnb provided a partial refund. After our stay, management asked us to leave a good review because it “helps them on the platform.” Reviews should reflect the actual guest experience.
