The penthouse sits in the heart of Playa del Carmen, minutes from the famous Fifth Avenue (Quinta Avenida), Coco Beach, and a vibrant mix of authentic eateries, cafes, and local shops. Supermarkets, pharmacies, and dive shops are all close by, and the beach is a short walk away.

Playa del Carmen is very walkable and most attractions are within easy reach on foot. Taxis and app-based rides are readily available. Cancun International Airport (CUN) is about a 50-minute drive, and the Cozumel ferry terminal and ADO bus station are nearby. Free street parking is available.
